We’re delighted to announce that we have won Gold in the British Property Awards (again)! We’ll try not to copy and paste what we said after winning last year, but the fact that we have now had the honour of winning two years in a row shows we must be doing something right!

This award mystery shopped estate agencies to test quality of communication, accuracy of information and professionalism of service, so it’s great that we have come out on top and that everyone’s hard work continues to be recognised for delivering effective and brilliant customer service.
In the future we can only keep pushing forward and improving our service. Hopefully there will be another post next year celebrating the hat-trick.
